The core ethos of this development is minimalism and environmental stewardship, ensuring the lowest possible carbon footprint while providing a calming escape. The property respects and integrates the existing lush green canopy, prioritizing raw exposure to nature over heavy commercial development. A heavy emphasis is placed on supporting local artisans and utilizing upcycled materials, proving that commercial spaces can be both beautiful and environmentally responsible.

Architectural & Material Highlights

The property strikes a balance between modern transparency and rustic, handmade warmth. The architectural centerpiece is a striking, two-story glass and white-steel structure sheltered beneath a large overarching metal roof. By night, the glass pavilion becomes a warm beacon, showcasing massive, intricately woven rattan pendant lights suspended from the high ceilings. Local craftsmen hand-built the sweet-smelling pinewood picnic tables, matching cross-legged benches, and rustic bamboo seating arbors scattered across the grounds. Eye-catching dome lampshades, woven with love using recycled plastic wire, are suspended directly from the mango trees, blending function with the natural canopy. Winding stone walkways guide visitors through vibrant, tropical landscaping to various rustic decks and seating pockets designed for sunset viewing.
