PRASHANTH VARMA PROJECT

The PVCU Office is envisioned as a contemporary creative workspace designed for Prashanth Varma, Film Director, reflecting the dynamic and expressive nature of the film industry. Spread across 10,000 sq. ft. over three floors, the design combines functionality, visual identity, and a refined cinematic aesthetic to create an inspiring environment for creativity and collaboration. The interiors follow a modern minimalist design language, with clean architectural forms, soft neutral tones, curved elements, and integrated linear lighting. The reception and central foyer are designed as a strong visual focal point, featuring a sculptural installation and the PVCU identity, creating a distinctive sense of arrival. The office workspaces are planned with an emphasis on efficient circulation, natural daylight, comfortable workstations, and collaborative functionality. Exposed services, contemporary ceiling treatments, acoustic partitions, and carefully integrated lighting contribute to an industrial yet sophisticated character. Curved walls, arched niches, glass partitions, and sculptural architectural elements are used throughout the interiors to soften the workspace and establish a unique visual identity. The overall material palette balances light surfaces, warm wood tones, dark accents, glass, and subtle metallic details, creating a premium yet comfortable atmosphere. The three-floor office is conceived as more than a conventional workplace it is a creative environment that reflects the vision, energy, and storytelling spirit of the film industry, providing a distinctive setting for production, direction, meetings, collaboration, and creative development. Designed by Rohith, the PVCU Office brings together cinematic expression, contemporary architecture, and functional workplace planning into a cohesive 10,000 sq. ft. creative destination.
